HOW TO MOLD

A Mold Kit is an impression material that is used to take a perfect imprint of your teeth.

Mold of your teeth is required to manufacture a grill.

The kit is good for either 1 to 12 teeth top or bottom. Kit comes with enough material to make 1 or 2 molds (Depends on how many kits customer purchase).

Also note that return postage/label is not included with this package. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

The only way we can precisely make gold caps is by taking an exact impression of our customers teeth. You will receive the mold kit by mail with all the easy step by step instructions on how to use it. There will be enough to take 1 or 2 molds. If you already have a mold and prefer to send us that mold instead of making a new one, you can do so.

A dentist can make the mold for you but our easy step by step instruction allows our customers to do the mold themselves and save money doing so.

Molding Kit includes: 2 Bags of putty (1 blue, 1 white) 1 Impression Tray, 1 Pair of Gloves and 1 clear bag for return impression tray.

STEP 1

Get the 2 putty's (1 blue and 1 white) out of the bag and place them in your hand.

Note: Please wear provided gloves to prevent perspiration, dirt or dust from coming in contact with the putties.

STEP 2

Mix both putty's together (use more white than blue to keep the dough softer, longer). Mix until putty is 1 color but no longer than 30 seconds.

STEP 3

Next, place the mold into the mouth piece and make sure it's even inside the mouth piece. Do not let the tray over flow. If you are going to do only 6 teeth then place appropriate amount on the tray.

STEP 4

Next open your mouth as wide as you can and put the mouth piece in (until your teeth are right in the middle of the mouthpiece without being too close to the walls of the tray) and push straight up (FOR TOP GRILLS) or straight down (FOR BOTTOM GRILLS). Bite all the way into the mold. Hold the mouth piece in your mouth for 3-4 minutes (DO NOT MOVE OR TALK). Make sure the mix covers your teeth and that your lips don't get in the way (holding your lip is a good idea too). Your impression must have a good visible gum line (where your teeth meet your gum).

STEP 5

After 3 minutes, tilt your mouth piece to the side and pull down GENTLY. Then put it in a zip lock bag and send it back to our address:
