  • To keep your Gold Grillz shiny, it's best to use a jewelry solution made specifically for cleaning gold. If you need to clean your Sterling Silver, you can either use a mixture of vinegar and baking soda or buy a cleaning solution designed for sterling silver from an online store.

  • To protect your silver and precious metals or stones, it is advisable to take off your grill before consuming food, beverages, or smoking. This precaution is necessary as tobacco, alcohol, and acidic substances in food can cause tarnishing and damage to these valuable items.

  • To keep your Grill safe, utilize the designated jewelry box for storage. Avoid placing it in a bag with other items or jewelry to prevent potential scratches or chips. Additionally, ensure it remains secure in your pocket or purse to prevent any discombobulation or unnecessary movement when not in use.

Prior to shipping, all Custom Grillz undergo two thorough inspections to ensure quality. In the rare event that a grill arrives damaged or does not fit properly, we offer a repair guarantee within 3 days of notification.
  • Customers are kindly requested to notify Prime Time Grillz within three days of receiving the grill to ensure warranty coverage.

  • Our guarantee does not cover damages caused by excessive wear or tarnish due to excessive moisture.

  • Within the first 30 days of receiving the Grill, Prime Time Grillz provides repair services at a reduced rate of 50% from the original total.

  • Customers will be required to pay the full price of the item after a period of 30 days.

  • Grillz may have some flexibility and might need the customer to exert a slight amount of pressure to ensure comfort. Customers can easily adjust the grillz by gently using their hands at home, without the need for any tools.
